MAGNOLIA ANTIQUE CAR CLUB Monthly Meeting January 25, 2012 The last meeting of the Magnolia Antique Car Club was held on Tuesday, January 25, 2012, at Martha's Menu.  There were 39 in attendance.  The meeting was called to order by President, Rick Kelly.  Our invocation was given by Don Pace.  The financial report was given by Treasurer, Mark English.  A motion to accept as read was made by Junior Morgan and seconded by Bud Odle.  Secretary, Pam Austin read minutes from our last meeting. A motion was made and seconded to accept these as read.  Rick informed members that all present officers had agreed to keep their positions for the next year.  All members approved.  Our upcoming monthly cruise-ins was discussed.  Rick announced that they would be held at Arby's and would begin in March.  He also reminded everyone that they would be from 1:00 to 4:00 on the 4th Sunday of each month and that October would be our LeBonheur fund-raising event.  He thanked Jim & Melissa Wilds for talking with the management about having our cruise-ins there.  Bill Rogers asked members to be thinking about taking a cruise to Casey Jones Village in Jackson, Tennessee.  He also mentioned a possible trip to Jack Daniel's Distillery.  It was agreed to discuss these at a later date.  Rick announced that Refreshments had agreed to let the club use the same spot again for our car show.  We were reminded that club dues were due to be paid.  Joe Austin won the jackpot drawing of $23.00.  With no more business to discuss, a motion was made by Charlie Gooch to dismiss.
